1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Grantitude (www.grantitude.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Grantitude is a grant management platform that helps researchers and organizations discover Swedish funding opportunities, track grant applications, and receive AI-powered assistance with grant writing through our assistant, Cadebrah.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Intellectual Property

The Grantitude platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on our platform (grant applications, documents, etc.). By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI assistant Cadebrah provides suggestions and assistance for grant writing. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before submission
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content
• Final grant applications remain your responsibility

8. Grant Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date grant information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of grant listings. Always verify information directly with funding agencies before applying.

9. Subscription and Payments

Grantitude Pro is a paid subscription service:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period
• Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. For exceptional circumstances, contact support@grantitude.com
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle
• Invoices: Invoices are automatically sent to your registered email for each payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SUCCESS IN OBTAINING GRANTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO UNSUCCESSFUL GRANT APPLICATIONS.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Your Data. Upon account deletion, any active subscriptions will be cancelled.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
